My Story
I’ve always loved Technology, even back in secondary school, when all we had was clip art and blue screens. But like many girls at the time, I didn’t pursue computing at A-level or university. I assumed it wasn’t “It was more for boys.”

However that curiosity stayed with me and after completing a degree in Banking and Finance, I gave myself permission to follow it. I went on to earn an MSc. in IT, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
That choice launched what’s now a 25+ year journey through the tech industry from the early days of the dotcom boom to executive roles leading product and technology across multiple sectors. I’ve been part of early-stage chaos, 10x acquisitions, hyper-growth scale-ups, and most recently, integrating AI into leadership and product strategy.

Throughout all of it, I’ve seen and felt the intensity of high performance. The pace, the pressure, the expectations. I know what it takes to succeed and what it costs when you don’t have the tools or space to lead from a grounded, sustainable place.

That insight led me to train as a coach.

Today, I run a coaching and advisory practice supporting high-performing leaders, especially in tech, to lead with energy, clarity, and resilience. I’m certified in iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching™ methodology and currently completing my ICF accreditation. I also continue to advise founders and exec teams on product, leadership, and scale blending strategic insight with real operational experience.

A bit more about me:
I’m passionate about travel, fitness, and building a life that sustains performance without burnout. I meditate daily, lift heavy things regularly, and recently became fascinated with Reiki, a surprising and powerful complement to energy leadership coaching.

And on a more personal note, I’m the proud parent of a daughter who’s currently aiming for a future in aerospace engineering. Watching her dive into STEM with confidence and curiosity reminds me exactly why this work matters:
To show what’s possible for her, for others, and for every leader who wants to succeed without self-sacrifice.
