I’ve spent over two decades leading product and technology in fast-paced, high-growth environments, from scrappy startups to 10x acquisitions and global scale-ups. My leadership has always been grounded in clarity, performance, and resilience.
The Hidden Cost of High Performance
Leadership at the top can come at a quiet cost. I found myself drifting from the values that once anchored me. Decisions felt heavier. Boundaries blurred. Cognitive overload became the norm.
So, I did something different: I paused.
Not just to rest but to recalibrate.
